💳 Booking & Payment Terms
Secure your private luxury Tanzania safari and Zanzibar beach adventure with confidence through our simple and transparent booking process.
- Booking Deposit: A 20% deposit of the total safari cost is required to confirm and secure your reservation.
- Pre-Departure Payment: An additional 30% payment must be completed at least 30 days before your safari departure date.
- Final Balance: The remaining 50% balance can be paid upon arrival in Tanzania in cash.

- Bank Transfer - Direct wire transfer to our corporate account
- Credit Card Payment - Visa, Mastercard, American Express accepted
- Cash Payment upon arrival - USD or TZS accepted
Tip: Paying by card is simple and secure. Card payments incur a 3.5% processing fee.
🚫 Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans can change. Our policy ensures fairness and clarity:
- 60+ days before departure: Full refund minus transaction fees
- 30–59 days before departure: 90% refund of total safari cost
- 15–29 days before departure: 80% refund of total safari cost
- Less than 15 days before departure: 50% refund of total safari cost

Tipping & Gratuities
Our guides and support staff work hard to make your safari unforgettable. Tipping is appreciated and customary in Tanzania:
- Safari Guide: $15-25 per day per group
- Safari Cook: $10-15 per day per group
- Porter/Support Staff: $5-10 per day per person
- Recommended total: $10-15 per guest per day
Tips can be given in USD, EUR, or TZS at the end of your safari.

- Passport: Must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates
- Visa: Required for most nationalities - obtain online (eVisa) or upon arrival
- Travel Insurance: Mandatory - must cover medical evacuation and trip cancellation
- Vaccinations: Yellow fever certificate required if traveling from endemic countries
- Malaria: Prophylaxis recommended - consult your doctor before travel
- Packing: Comfortable neutral-colored clothes for daytime, warm layers for early mornings/evenings
- Accommodations: Subject to availability - similar or higher category may be substituted
- Itinerary: Order of national parks may change due to logistics and wildlife movements

- July - September: Great Migration river crossings in Northern Serengeti (Mara River)
- December - March (Calving Season): Wildebeest calving in Southern Serengeti (Ndutu), high predator activity
- January - February: Best time for bird watching, migratory birds present
- March - May (Wet Season): Green landscapes, fewer crowds, lower rates, excellent for bird photography
